Direct Hire Pharmacist In Charge (PIC)
A pharmacy professional with solid leadership skills is needed to oversee operations as Pharmacist in Charge. This role offers an engaging environment with pharmacy technician support to ensure smooth daily functions. The position is a direct hire based in Phoenix, AZ, with an immediate start.
Responsibilities include managing pharmacy workflow, ensuring compliance with regulations, overseeing pharmacy technicians, and maintaining excellent patient service. PIC will handle prescription processing and inventory management.
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
Minimum of 2 years recent retail pharmacy experience
Previous supervisory or management experience strongly preferred
Flexibility with shift scheduling
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Shift: Must be flexible to accommodate varying schedules Mon - Sat
