Join a specialized pharmacy environment as the Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC) with a focus on HIV/AIDS medications. This direct hire opportunity requires a strong foundation in retail or specialty pharmacy management and a commitment to serving vulnerable patient populations.

Location: Puyallup, WA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all pharmacy operations as the designated Pharmacist-In-Charge, ensuring compliance with Board of Pharmacy regulations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop, implement, and improve innovative clinical services tailored to HIV/AIDS care.
  • Maintain and promote pharmacy Core Values and Mission in all actions and decisions.
  • Adapt quickly within a dynamic environment to deliver superior patient experiences and support a positive workplace culture.
  • Promote accountability and best practices across multiple locations and teams.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings, training sessions, and conferences to enhance clinical expertise and leadership skills.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in retail or specialty pharmacy management, with 10 years highly preferred.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of HIV/AIDS medications; willingness to advance to subject matter expertise through training.
  • Proven communication and leadership skills with the ability to engage with diverse cultures and lifestyles.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
  • Experience limited to retail or specialty pharmacy—hospital-only backgrounds are not suitable for this role.
