Pharmacist in Charge in Redding, CA

Seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist in Charge to provide interim leadership at a community center pharmacy. This full-time contract opportunity starts as soon as possible with a commitment beginning on 6/29, extending for 6-8 weeks or until a permanent placement is secured. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as interim Pharmacist in Charge, managing day-to-day pharmacy operations.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and collaborate closely with healthcare providers at the community center.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain high-quality patient care.
• Utilize New Leaf pharmacy system; training will be provided if needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Recent retail pharmacy experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise and lead pharmacy team members.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clinical staff and patients.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the New Leaf system.
