Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) | Redding, California

An immediate full-time opportunity is available for an experienced pharmacist to serve as Interim Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) at a community center pharmacy. This contract position will start on June 29th and last approximately 6-8 weeks or until a permanent placement is found. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations as the interim PIC
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and provide leadership in workflow management
• Collaborate closely with healthcare providers at the center to ensure seamless patient care
• Utilize the New Leaf pharmacy system; training will be provided for clinicians new to the software

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Recent retail pharmacy experience demonstrating strong clinical and operational knowledge
• Proven leadership capabilities in managing pharmacy staff and workflows
• Ability to quickly adapt to new pharmacy systems and processes
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient-centered care
