This opportunity offers a leadership role overseeing pharmacy operations as the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) with a specialty focus on HIV/AIDS medications. The position requires a passionate, adaptable clinical pharmacist ready to contribute to innovative service development that improves patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the PIC, ensuring compliance with Board of Pharmacy requirements.
  • Lead and collaborate with teams to enhance clinical services and share best practices.
  • Uphold pharmacy Core Values and Mission to maintain a patient-centered environment.
  • Adapt to dynamic workplace changes to support positive experiences for patients and staff.
  • Oversee a collaborative organizational structure with accountability across multiple leaders.
  • Contribute to consistent application of processes, procedures, and policies across locations.
  • Participate in meetings, including training sessions and conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of recent pharmacy management experience in retail, specialty, or community settings; 10 years preferred.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of HIV/AIDS medications with a willingness to advance expertise.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with diverse cultures and lifestyles.
  • Capacity to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hospital-only experience is not suitable for this role.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

  • San Francisco, CA
