This opportunity is for an experienced Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC) specializing in HIV/AIDS medications to lead pharmacy operations in a busy urban setting. As PIC, you will oversee compliance with Board of Pharmacy regulations while driving clinical innovation and delivering exceptional patient care tailored to vulnerable populations.

Responsibilities include managing and improving pharmacy systems, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide cutting-edge clinical services, and ensuring consistent application of policies and best practices across locations. You will attend trainings and conferences, contribute to internal and external meetings, and help create a supportive, high-performing work environment.

Key qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years retail or specialty pharmacy management experience, with at least some background as Pharmacist-In-Charge
  • Strong foundational knowledge of HIV/AIDS medications; willingness to expand expertise through organizational training
  • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills with the ability to thrive in fast-paced and culturally diverse settings
  • Commitment to upholding pharmacy core values and mission toward improving patient outcomes
  • Experience working collaboratively within complex team structures

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
