Lead pharmacy operations as the Pharmacist-In-Charge in a progressive environment dedicated to serving vulnerable patient populations with a focus on HIV/AIDS specialty care. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Pharmacist-In-Charge, ensuring compliance with Board of Pharmacy regulations and upholding pharmacy Core Values and Mission in daily operations.
- Oversee pharmacy functions to maintain and improve cutting-edge services that positively impact patients’ lives, particularly those with HIV/AIDS.
- Collaborate with colleagues and multidisciplinary teams to implement best practices, share knowledge, and support ongoing staff development.
- Adapt within a dynamic work environment to consistently deliver excellent patient care and optimize workplace experience for employees.
- Lead a collaborative organizational structure where staff report to multiple leaders, fostering accountability and high performance.
- Participate in internal and external meetings including conferences and training sessions to stay informed on advancements and regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of recent pharmacy management experience in retail, specialty, or community pharmacy settings; 10+ years strongly preferred.
- Solid foundation in HIV/AIDS medications; willingness to further develop expertise through training.
- Proven leadership and strong communication skills to engage a diverse team and patient population.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment serving varied cultural backgrounds and lifestyles.
- Experience beyond hospital-only pharmacy practice is required.
