A leadership opportunity for an experienced Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC) with a specialty in HIV/AIDS pharmacy is available for a direct hire position in San Mateo, CA. This role is ideal for a clinical pharmacist eager to advance innovative pharmacy practices and improve patient outcomes, particularly within vulnerable populations.

- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee pharmacy operations as the Pharmacist-In-Charge in compliance with Board of Pharmacy regulations.
- Lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver cutting-edge clinical services.
- Promote core organizational values and mission to enhance both patient care and employee workplace experience.
- Foster a nimble, adaptable environment that embraces dynamic changes and innovation.
- Implement and maintain consistent processes, policies, and procedures across multiple locations.
- Represent the pharmacy in internal and external meetings, training sessions, and professional conferences.
- Share knowledge, training, and best practices to develop pharmacy expertise and clinical excellence throughout the team.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years retail or specialty pharmacy management experience; 10 years highly preferred.
- Strong foundation in HIV/AIDS medications; willingness to receive further specialized training.
- Proven leadership and communication skills essential for managing diverse teams and patient populations.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, busy environments with a strong customer focus.
- Experience collaborating within organizational structures where staff report to multiple leaders.
- Commitment to working outside a hospital-only setting.
