Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Pharmacy Manager and Pharmacist in Charge, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Supervise and mentor a team of two pharmacy technicians in a specialty retail environment.
• Manage pharmacy workflow, inventory, and patient safety protocols.
• Oversee non-sterile compounding processes, including creams and gels, where applicable.
• Utilize the New Leaf pharmacy system to support operations and record keeping.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Manager or Pharmacist in Charge.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing pharmacy staff.
• Familiarity with non-sterile compounding is highly desirable.
• Proficient in the New Leaf pharmacy system or similar software.
