Pharmacist in Charge in Sun Valley, NV

This opportunity offers an Interim Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) position covering a 6-8 week contract with start on Monday, May 11. The role requires taking over PIC responsibilities in compliance with the Nevada Board of Pharmacy regulations.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing all pharmacy operations as the Pharmacist in Charge
• Ensuring compliance with state pharmacy laws and regulations
• Supervising an experienced pharmacy technician team
• Overseeing medication dispensing and inventory management
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide excellent patient care

Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacist license with the Nevada Board of Pharmacy or ability to obtain promptly
• Previous experience as a PIC or in a supervisory pharmacy role
• Strong knowledge of Nevada pharmacy laws and regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to lead and mentor pharmacy technicians effectively

Location: Sun Valley, NV (Raley’s #105 in Reno)

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
