This role requires an experienced Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC) with a strong foundation in HIV/AIDS medications to lead pharmacy operations in a specialty retail setting. As the PIC, you will oversee the pharmacy, ensuring adherence to regulations while driving innovation and excellence in clinical services. This position offers an opportunity to work in a patient-centered environment focused on improving lives through advanced pharmacy practices.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage pharmacy operations as the designated Pharmacist-In-Charge in compliance with Board of Pharmacy requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance clinical services and share best practices, training, and networking opportunities.
- Promote core values and mission-driven initiatives across the pharmacy team.
- Adapt quickly to changes within a dynamic work environment to ensure optimal patient care and employee satisfaction.
- Support a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders.
- Participate in internal and external meetings, including conferences and training sessions.
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of recent retail or specialty pharmacy management experience as a PIC; 10+ years preferred.
- Strong foundational knowledge of HIV/AIDS medications; willingness to expand expertise through training.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse cultures and lifestyles.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience exclusively in hospital pharmacy settings is not applicable.
