A well-established, family-oriented retail pharmacy in Timpson, TX seeks a dedicated Pharmacist in Charge to lead daily operations and foster a welcoming environment for patients and staff alike. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily pharmacy operations, leading a team consisting of 2 staff pharmacists, multiple pharmacy technicians, cashiers, and a delivery driver
• Ensure all pharmacy activities comply with Texas state and federal regulations, including HIPAA requirements
• Participate in and oversee quality improvement and patient-care initiatives
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current Texas pharmacist license is required
• Minimum of 2 years retail pharmacy experience preferred
• Prior management experience is ideal
• Familiarity with Pioneer Rx software is a plus

Location and Schedule:

• Timpson, Texas
• Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
