A Pharmacy professional with leadership capabilities is sought to serve as Pharmacist In Charge in Abilene, TX. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily pharmacy operations as the Pharmacist In Charge (PIC)
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards
• Oversee sterile and non-sterile compounding procedures
• Lead, motivate, and develop pharmacy staff
• Coordinate with state boards regarding licensing and pharmacy regulations

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Texas Pharmacist License required; willingness to obtain multiple state licenses over time
• Minimum one year of experience as a licensed Pharmacist
• Previous experience as a Pharmacist In Charge preferred
• Proficient in sterile and non-sterile compounding techniques
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
