Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8 AM to 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Pharmacist In Charge, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
• Manage and lead pharmacy staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment
• Oversee compounding activities, including both sterile and non-sterile preparations
• Maintain high standards for medication dispensing accuracy and patient safety
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and pharmacy growth strategies

Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist in Texas with willingness to obtain additional state licenses over time
• Minimum of 1 year of pharmacist experience, with prior experience as a Pharmacist In Charge preferred
• Proven expertise in compounding, covering both sterile and non-sterile preparations
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
