Pharmacist in Charge in Wesley Chapel, FL

This opportunity is seeking an experienced Pharmacist in Charge to manage pharmacy operations with a strong focus on communication and collaboration within a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will have a solid background working in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) environment and be proficient in overseeing day-to-day pharmacy functions, including compliance and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC), managing all aspects of pharmacy operations in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Ensure compliance with the 340B drug pricing program and maintain accurate program records.
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and other staff to optimize workflow and service delivery.
• Facilitate effective communication with internal providers and healthcare teams, emphasizing a collaborative approach to patient care.
• Utilize Best Rx system for pharmacy management and record-keeping.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience working on-site within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or similar healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; excellence in provider collaboration is critical.
• Current Florida Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Proven ability to manage compliance, team supervision, and pharmacy operations effectively.
