Mail Order Pharmacist in Charge in West Valley City, UT

A mail order compounding pharmacy located in West Valley City, UT, is seeking a Pharmacy-Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) with a multi-state pharmacist license to lead and support their growing operation. This direct hire opportunity begins ASAP and offers a leadership role in a 503A non-sterile, closed-door compounding environment. The pharmacy currently operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

The ideal candidate will be a positive and organized leader who fosters a strong workplace culture while helping the pharmacy grow and scale efficiently. The role focusses on managing the compounding of peptides and GLP-1 medications using the Pioneer Rx system.

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Licensed pharmacist in one or more of these states: AL, AR, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MS, NE, OH, OR, TN, TX, VA, WV
• Willingness to apply for a Utah license upon hire
• Experience as a Pharmacist in Charge in a mail order or compounding pharmacy setting
• Skilled with 503A non-sterile compounding practices
• Competency using Pioneer Rx or similar pharmacy management systems
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities to promote positive culture and growth
