Per Diem Pharmacist in Charge - Westfield, MA

This per diem opportunity is ideal for an experienced Pharmacist in Charge seeking a focused morning schedule. Located in Westfield, MA, the role supports a specialty home infusion pharmacy in its early stages, providing vital leadership and oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for a newly established, low-volume specialty home infusion pharmacy.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure all pharmacy operations meet licensing standards.
• Manage and display the PIC license as required by state regulations.
• Oversee pharmacy workflow during assigned hours and support daily operational needs.
• Collaborate with the team to facilitate a smooth transition until a permanent PIC is appointed.

Qualifications:

• Current Massachusetts pharmacy license.
• Proven experience as a Pharmacist in Charge.
• Background in home infusion, specialty infusion, or specialty pharmacy is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements governing pharmacy operations.
• Ability to work independently with a detail-oriented approach.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
