Per Diem Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) - Westfield, Massachusetts

This per diem opportunity is ideal for a licensed pharmacist with Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) experience seeking a short-term role in a specialty home infusion pharmacy setting. Based in Westfield, MA, you will serve as the PIC for a new, low-volume pharmacy, overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance until a permanent pharmacist is hired.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
• Duration: 8 weeks

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the Pharmacist in Charge, holding accountability for pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain the pharmacy license on site.
• Support the establishment and smooth functioning of a new specialty home infusion pharmacy.
• Collaborate with staff and management as the pharmacy ramps up to full operation.

Qualifications:

• Current Massachusetts pharmacist license required.
