- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Pharmacist-in-Charge overseeing pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance and quality in medication dispensing focused on behavioral health.
- Manage a pharmacy team including one staff pharmacist and four pharmacy technicians.
- Utilize Enterprise RX software to support prescription processing and inventory control.
- Maintain high operational efficiency within a closed-door model that does not administer vaccines.
- Support the hospital’s medication needs through walk-in clinic service and outbound fulfillment, handling 350-400 prescriptions daily.
Desired Qualifications:
- Licensed Pharmacist in Texas (required)
- Minimum 1+ year experience as a PIC or in pharmacy management
- At least 2 years of pharmacist experience; retail experience acceptable
- Ability to work independently in a specialized pharmacy environment
