An exciting opportunity is available for a qualified Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead a newly established pharmacy within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge, overseeing all daily pharmacy operations
• Ensure strict compliance with the 340B Drug Pricing Program requirements
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff
• Maintain strong, effective communication with internal healthcare providers to optimize patient care
• Collaborate on site with providers to enhance medication management and service delivery

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current and valid Florida pharmacist license in good standing
• Proven prior experience working within an FQHC
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate directly with on-site healthcare providers
• Strong leadership skills and operational oversight experience within retail pharmacy settings
