Per Diem Pharmacist | Iowa Park, Texas

Location:

• Wichita Falls, TX

Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• PRN and vacation coverage anticipated throughout 2026

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense sterile compounded medications following established standards
• Maintain compliance with USP <797> and other regulatory requirements
• Ensure accuracy in prescription verification and patient counseling
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff and healthcare providers to optimize patient care
• Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of pharmaceuticals

Qualifications:

• Valid pharmacist license for Texas
• Experience with sterile compounding procedures and adherence to safety guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
• Ability to work independently and cover shifts on a per diem basis
