Per Diem Pharmacist | Irving, Texas

A retail and long-term care pharmacist position is available on a per diem basis in Irving, TX. This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive pharmacy environment, handling a moderate prescription volume while utilizing your immunization skills.

Schedule:

• June 13th: 7:45 am – 6:15 pm
• June 18th: 2:00 pm – 7:15 pm
• June 19th: 2:00 pm – 7:15 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify 150 to 200 prescriptions daily, ensuring accuracy and patient safety
• Administer immunizations as required
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and register staff to deliver efficient service

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and clear Texas Pharmacist (RPh) license
• Immunization certification mandatory
• Prior experience in retail pharmacy settings, demonstrating strong knowledge of prescription verification and patient interactions
• Familiarity with pharmacy computer systems such as Computer Rx preferred
