Per Diem Pharmacist - Irvington, KY

Provide your expertise as a Pharmacist supporting a 25-bed critical access hospital and an 18-bed skilled nursing facility located approximately 1.5 hours south of Louisville. Position Details:

• Location: Irvington, KY
• Dates: October 12 through October 16
• Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Setting: Critical access hospital with affiliated skilled nursing facility
• IT Systems: Cerner electronic health records and MedDispense automation
• On-Call: Not required

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize pharmaceutical care
• Maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
• Assist in medication preparation and distribution as needed

Desired Qualifications:

• Current Kentucky Pharmacist license
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred
