This opportunity is ideal for a motivated pharmacist ready to engage in a dynamic retail environment with a supportive team. You will work alongside three pharmacy technicians, one delivery person, and a store manager, managing a daily volume of approximately 200 prescriptions. The setting emphasizes accuracy and patient safety in processing and verifying prescriptions, without vaccine administration.

Responsibilities:

• Verify and check prescriptions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Collaborate effectively with pharmacy technicians and store management
• Utilize BestRx system for prescription processing (training provided if needed)
• Maintain exemplary patient service and confidentiality standards

Qualifications:

• Valid, clear, and active New York State pharmacist license
• Local candidates preferred
• New graduates encouraged to apply
• Prior retail pharmacy experience is preferred but not required
• Experience with BestRx system is a plus; training available

Schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
• 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (4 days per week, 10-hour shifts)
• No weekend shifts
