A retail pharmacist position is available for per diem work providing ongoing Saturday coverage. The schedule for this role is from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM, with a daily prescription volume of approximately 50 scripts. The pharmacy uses Best RX software for dispensing and record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately filling prescriptions and verifying medication orders
- Counseling patients on proper medication use and answering their questions
- Performing some data entry tasks related to prescription processing and patient records
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of recent pharmacy experience
- Active and clear New Jersey pharmacist license
- Korean language skills preferred to effectively serve the local community
