This opportunity is for an experienced Pharmacist skilled in pediatric care, particularly comfortable with weight-based dosing, to provide overnight support in a hospital setting. Location:

• Chicago, IL (Hospital setting)

Schedule:

• Night shift from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 7 days on, 7 days off rotation

Responsibilities:

• Manage and dispense medications overnight with a focus on pediatric patients
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and safe medication administration
• Utilize hospital technology systems including EPIC and Omnicell for medication tracking and documentation
• Adhere to hospital policies and maintain strict compliance with safety and quality standards

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist in Illinois
• Demonstrated hospital pharmacy experience, preferably in pediatric care
• Proficient in weight-based dosing calculations for children
• Experience with EPIC and Omnicell systems is highly advantageous
• Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high-quality pharmaceutical care
