Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough final reviews of medications before they are shipped to LTC facilities or patients.

• Utilize pharmacy software systems, specifically Frameworks, to document and manage medication orders accurately.

Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois pharmacy license required.
• Experience in long-term care (LTC) pharmacy or retail pharmacy settings.
• Familiarity with Frameworks pharmacy software is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
