Per Diem Pharmacist - Joliet, Illinois

A per diem pharmacist opportunity is available, offering daytime hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM in a long-term care (LTC) mail order environment. This role is full-time through October 2026 and located in Joliet, IL.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct final review of medications prior to shipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to maintain safe and effective medication use
• Utilize pharmacy software, primarily Frameworks, to manage orders and patient information
• Maintain meticulous documentation and quality control standards in medication preparation and distribution

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current Illinois pharmacy license is required
• Experience in long-term care (LTC) or retail pharmacy settings is essential
• Familiarity with Frameworks software is a strong plus
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Full-time commitment through October 2026
