Responsibilities include:

• Performing PV1 (initial) and PV2 (final) verification of prescriptions
• Checking compounded and commercial prescriptions for accuracy and safety
• Collaborating with pharmacy staff to resolve any prescription-related issues promptly

Qualifications or Desired Experience:

• Licensed pharmacist in good standing
• Experience in prescription verification and pharmacy operations
• Attention to detail and strong commitment to patient safety
• Ability to work independently and adhere to established protocols

Schedule:

• May 15th to 17th, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Additional per diem dates anticipated
