Schedule:

• May 15th-17th with potential for additional Per Diem dates
• 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM shift hours

Responsibilities:

• Perform PV1 and PV2 verifications to assess compounded and commercial prescriptions
• Confirm prescription accuracy and safety prior to dispensing
• Collaborate with pharmacy team members to maintain high standards of quality control
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and best practices

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Current and valid Pharmacy license
• Demonstrated expertise in conducting prescription verification, including compounded medications
