A pharmacist opportunity is available in Houston, TX, specializing in Long Term Care duties. This per diem position offers a schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM between May 25 and June 1. The role supports healthcare needs with a focus on quality medication management in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform pharmaceutical care services tailored to long-term care patients
• Review medication orders and ensure accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Document and communicate effectively regarding patient medication therapies

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Texas pharmacist license
• Recent hands-on experience as a pharmacist
• Experience with EnterpriseRx is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong knowledge of long-term care pharmacy practices
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
