• 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Dates: May 25 to June 1

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive Long Term Care pharmacy services to patients.
• Accurately dispense medications and counsel patients as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal medication management.
• Review prescriptions for accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Current and valid Texas Pharmacist License.
• Recent experience practicing as a Pharmacist.
• Previous experience with EnterpriseRx preferred but not required.
