Per Diem Pharmacist - Katy, Texas

Provide pharmacy services as a Pharmacist with PRN coverage in the Houston, Texas area. This per diem position requires availability for the 1st shift, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, starting February 16th. Work under the direct supervision of the pharmacy manager to ensure the accurate and safe dispensing of medications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications safely and efficiently to customers.
• Counsel and advise patients on proper medication use and regimens.
• Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints according to organizational policies.
• Manage stock levels, including controlled drug records and inventories.
• Resolve patient-related problems and clarify third-party insurance coverage issues.

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Pharmacist license in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or 340B pharmacy setting.
