Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and ensure accuracy of non-sterile compounded preparations according to master formula worksheets.
• Implement and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory policies to maintain patient safety and compliance.
• Oversee cleaning and garbing protocols in line with company standards.
• Perform calculations and manage detailed documentation.
• Operate production and computerized equipment according to established procedures.
• Maintain quality, purity, and potency standards of compounded medications.
• Conduct quality control tests and inspections verifying preparation accuracy.
• Stay updated on new compounding techniques, formulations, and technologies through continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist license.
• Recent pharmacy experience.
• Background and experience in non-sterile compounding required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
