This opportunity is for a pharmacist position in a 40-bed rehabilitation hospital located near Boise, ID. The assignment offers an immediate start with a duration of 13 weeks or longer, working Monday through Friday during day shifts. The facility utilizes Cerner for its IT systems.

Responsibilities include verifying medication orders, supervising pharmacy technicians, consulting with nursing staff and physicians, and managing pharmacokinetic evaluations. The role requires a pharmacist who is detail-oriented and capable of collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient care.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current Idaho pharmacist license or ability to obtain one promptly
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience, preferably in rehabilitation settings
• Familiarity with Cerner health IT systems is beneficial
• Strong communication and leadership skills for technician supervision and clinical consultation
