A pharmacy role is available for a pharmacist specializing in mail order and renal specialty pharmacy. This position involves working in a pharmacy environment that fills approximately 1,000 prescriptions daily, utilizing the Wellsky order entry system without automation.

Schedule and Contract Details:

• Monday through Friday, 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM shift
• 40 hours per week
• 13+ week contract, with potential to convert to permanent
• Immediate start

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform Pharmacist Verification 1 (PV1) and Pharmacist Verification 2 (PV2) functions
• Conduct final verification processes to ensure accuracy
• Verify the correct medication is in the bottle or box
• Confirm directions and prescription information against hard copies

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist with experience in medication verification and dispensing
• Familiarity with mail order or specialty pharmacy settings is preferred
• Comfortable working with Wellsky pharmacy order entry systems or similar platforms
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to patient safety
• Ability to work independently within structured processes
