Pharmacist in Lamoille, NV

A Pharmacist is needed to provide essential inpatient pharmacy services at a small hospital of approximately 50 beds. This contract position offers an opportunity to contribute directly to patient care through accurate medication management and collaboration with clinical teams.

Location:

• Elko, NV

Schedule:

• Day shifts, 10-hour shifts
• Open to a 7 on, 7 off schedule

Assignment Details:

• Immediate start
• Minimum 13-week assignment

Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately to ensure patient safety
• Supervise pharmacy technicians in daily operations
• Consult regularly with physicians and nursing staff to optimize pharmacotherapy
• Manage pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring to support individualized patient care

Qualifications:

• Valid Nevada pharmacist license required
• Experience in inpatient pharmacy settings preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to handle fast-paced environments with attention to detail
