Responsibilities include accurately dispensing medications, collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient treatment plans, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and utilizing Cerner IT systems for medication management and documentation. The role requires flexibility with shifts that may begin at 7:30 AM or 1:30 PM, accommodating a 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts.

Key Qualifications:

• Active California Pharmacist license
• 2-3 years of inpatient pharmacy experience
• Proficiency with Cerner or similar pharmacy IT systems preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment

Schedule:

• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Variable days and afternoons (shift start times at 7:30 AM or 1:30 PM)
