Pharmacist - Lancaster, New Hampshire

A healthcare facility in Berlin, NH seeks an experienced inpatient pharmacist to support diverse hospital departments including ICU, Labor & Delivery, Medical/Surgical, and Emergency. This opportunity offers a Monday through Friday schedule with rotating weekends, averaging 40 hours per week.

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 7:00/7:30 a.m. to 4:30/5:00 p.m.
• Rotating weekends, every third weekend, Saturday and Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient pharmacy services across multiple hospital units.
• Support medication management and dispensing with accuracy and compliance.
• Work independently during weekend shifts.
• Utilize Meditech system for pharmacy operations.
• Manage medication inventory and operate Omnicell technology as applicable.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience.
• Ability to work autonomously, particularly during weekend shifts.
• Proficiency with Meditech system preferred.
• Familiarity with Omnicell pharmacy technology is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of inpatient pharmacy procedures and protocols.
