Pharmacist | Lancaster, New Hampshire

A healthcare facility in Berlin, NH, is seeking an experienced inpatient pharmacist for a contract position supporting a range of hospital departments including ICU, Labor & Delivery, Med/Surg, and Emergency. Location: Berlin, NH
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 7:00/7:30 a.m. to 4:30/5:00 p.m. (40 hours per week)
• Rotating weekends every third week
• Weekend shifts on Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to inpatients in multiple departments
• Ensure the safe and effective use of medications in ICU, L&D, Med/Surg, and ED units
• Work independently during weekend shifts, managing medication distribution and consultation
• Utilize Meditech and Omnicell technologies to support pharmacy operations

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years hospital pharmacy experience required
• Ability to work independently, particularly on weekend shifts
• Experience with Meditech preferred; familiarity with Omnicell considered a plus
• Willingness to practice in a rural location
