Pharmacist | Lancaster, Ohio

A well-established hospital in Logan, OH, is seeking a licensed pharmacist to provide critical pharmacy services over a 13-week+ contract. This role demands a professional with strong hospital pharmacy experience and familiarity with EPIC systems to support specialized areas including the Emergency Department, Infusion, and Orthopedics.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accurate medication dispensing and order entry using EPIC.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal pharmacological care in ED, Infusion, and Ortho departments.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide occasional weekend coverage as needed.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policy, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
• Support pharmacy operations in a smaller licensed bed facility focused on quality patient care.

Schedule & Location:

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 6:00 pm, 40 hours per week
• On-call duties after shifts
• Occasional Saturdays, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
• Based in Logan, Ohio

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Ohio Pharmacist License required
• Minimum of 1 year hospital pharmacy experience
• Proficiency with EPIC order entry system highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a clinical team
