Schedule:

• Flexible day shifts: choose either 5 days at 8 hours each or 4 days at 10 hours each

Responsibilities:

• Perform order verification to ensure accuracy and safety in medication dispensing
• Supervise pharmacy technicians, guiding workflow and ensuring compliance
• Collaborate closely with physicians and nurses to provide pharmaceutical consultations
• Manage pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring for optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize electronic health records (EPIC) and medication dispensing systems (Pyxis) efficiently

Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania pharmacist license
• Experience working in a hospital pharmacy setting
• Strong knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations and pharmacokinetics
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
