A well-established 500-bed hospital is seeking a skilled Pharmacist to support their inpatient pharmacy operations in York, PA. Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately to ensure patient safety
• Supervise pharmacy technicians, guiding daily workflow
• Consult with physicians regarding medication therapies and adjustments
• Manage pharmacokinetics to optimize drug dosing and therapeutic outcomes
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to support evidence-based patient care

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Pennsylvania Pharmacist license required
• Approximately 2 years of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Proficiency with EPIC and Pyxis medication management systems strongly desired
