Responsibilities include:

• Verifying medication orders accurately to ensure patient safety
• Supervising pharmacy technicians and supporting their daily tasks
• Consulting with physicians regarding medication therapy and adjustments
• Applying pharmacokinetic principles to optimize dosage and treatment plans

Desired Qualifications:

• Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist license
• Approximately 2 years of inpatient pharmacy experience
• Proficiency with EPIC and Pyxis systems to manage medication records and automation

• Ability to work variable days and afternoon shifts effectively
