This role offers a flexible day-shift schedule with no weekends or holidays, allowing for a strong work-life balance. The position begins ASAP and extends for at least 13 weeks, providing a stable contract assignment.

Schedule/Hours:

• Flexible day shifts
• Options include 5 days x 8 hours or 4 days x 10 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform order verification with accuracy and attention to detail
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and promote efficient workflow
• Collaborate closely with physicians and nursing staff to provide expert pharmaceutical consultation
• Manage pharmacokinetics and monitor patient medication therapies
• Utilize hospital systems including EPIC and Pyxis for medication management

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Pennsylvania Pharmacist license
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience required
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems such as EPIC
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead pharmacy technicians
