Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescription medications to inpatients while reviewing orders for appropriateness and potential drug interactions
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication regimens
• Monitor patient responses to medications and provide drug information and education as needed
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, state and federal pharmacy regulations, and quality standards
