Location: Las Cruces, NM
Job Type: Contract (13+ weeks)
Start Date: ASAP

Schedules:

• Position 1: 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM (12-hour shifts, 7 days on/7 days off rotation)
• Position 2: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (12-hour shifts, 7 days on/7 days off rotation)

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and dispense medications accurately in compliance with hospital protocols
• Utilize Meditech system for medication management and documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient medication therapy
• Provide patient counseling and education regarding prescriptions and drug usage
• Monitor inventory and ensure proper handling of pharmaceutical products

Desired Qualifications:

• Licensed pharmacist with current state licensure
• Experience with hospital pharmacy operations
