An established compounding pharmacy is seeking two dedicated Pharmacist Team Leads to join their highly skilled Patient Services Department. This in-person role offers a direct hire opportunity to lead a team of pharmacy technicians on the Data and Logistics Team, helping to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, high-volume compounding environment.

Location: On-site in Sandy Springs, GA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (includes occasional 8:00 AM monthly meetings)

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of pharmacy technicians focused on prescription processing, data entry, and logistics tracking.
• Perform PV1 pharmacist verification with high accuracy, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee exceptional customer service and account management for patients and healthcare providers, serving as an escalation point for complex inquiries.
• Manage workflow to ensure seamless coordination between patient services, shipping, and laboratory teams.
• Drive operational efficiency and maintain zero-defect accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate across departments to align team efforts with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Active Georgia Pharmacist License in good standing (required).
• Proven leadership experience managing pharmacy technician teams in retail or specialty pharmacy settings.
• Demonstrated skill and speed in prescription processing and PV1 verification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering top-tier customer service.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of driving team performance.
• Ability to work consistently on-site during specified hours.
