Responsibilities:
- Accurately prepare and dispense medications for inpatient care
- Review and verify prescriptions, checking for drug interactions and allergies
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure proper medication therapy
- Maintain patient medication records and documentation according to hospital protocols
- Provide drug information and counseling to healthcare staff as needed
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid pharmacist license
- Experience in hospital inpatient pharmacy settings
- Strong knowledge of drug therapy management, hospital formulary, and inpatient medication systems
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
