Pharmacist | Lebanon, Oregon

A contract opportunity is available for a Pharmacist to support hospital pharmacy operations in Lebanon, Oregon. This position requires a dedicated professional with the appropriate licensure and preferably previous hospital pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, dispense, and distribute medications according to hospital policies and physician instructions.
• Ensure accurate record keeping using the EPIC electronic medical record system.
• Monitor patient medication therapies for safety and efficacy.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

Qualifications:

• Current unencumbered Oregon Pharmacist license required at the time of application.
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR system is beneficial.

Schedule/Hours:

• Night shift: 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• 7 days on, 7 days off schedule

This 13-week contract role starts as soon as possible and offers the chance to engage in hospital pharmacy practice within a supportive environment.
