Retail Pharmacist in Lebanon, PA

A retail pharmacy is seeking two full-time licensed Pharmacists to join their team in Lebanon, PA. This direct hire opportunity offers a dynamic role overseeing pharmacy operations in a fast-paced retail environment with a strong emphasis on business growth, customer service, and regulatory compliance.

Scheduled for approximately 67 hours biweekly, the workweek includes: • Sunday: 10 AM – 2 PM • Monday through Friday: 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM • Saturday: 9 AM – 5 PM

Key responsibilities include: • Collaborating closely with store operations to align pharmacy goals with company strategy and drive associate engagement • Ensuring accuracy and compliance in prescription processing through thorough Drug Utilization Review and quality assurance aligned with state and federal regulations • Managing inventory and promoting clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management to support script growth and profitability • Supervising pharmacists and pharmacy associates, leading training, coaching, and performance management efforts • Delivering exceptional customer service including healthcare counseling and resolution of customer concerns to foster trust and loyalty • Maintaining pharmacy security, cleanliness, and operational efficiency, overseeing cycle counts, inventory management, and timely processing of will-calls

Qualifications and experience: • Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree • Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist license • Current Pennsylvania Immunization license • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills in a retail pharmacy setting • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to regulatory compliance
