Pharmacist - Lebanon, PA

A permanent opportunity is available for a Pharmacist to support a specialized licensed pharmacy facility serving the veterinary sector. This unique role operates within an industrial distribution and warehouse environment, focusing on prescription fulfillment and product dispatch for production and companion animals. The facility functions as part of a national supply chain network supporting veterinary clinics and producers.

Location: Elizabethtown, PA
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• No weekends required

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, prepare, and dispense medications in accordance with professional standards, facility protocols, and state and federal laws.
• Perform medication reconciliation when possible to promote seamless patient care continuity.
• Provide excellent customer service and clinical care focused on client and patient needs.
• Consult with patients about prescribed medications, including dosage instructions, special handling requirements, and potential drug interactions.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania Pharmacist license required.
• Willingness and ability to obtain 10 to 12 additional state licenses within approximately six months; company covers all associated costs and provides leadership support.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse/distribution environment with readiness to occasionally support peak-season overtime demands.
