A busy outpatient pharmacy in the downtown Kansas City area is seeking a Pharmacist to join their team on a contract basis. This opportunity is ideal for a professional ready to engage in a fast-paced environment adjacent to a major hospital.

Responsibilities:

• Verify and accurately fill prescriptions
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and guidelines
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for optimal patient care
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Use EPIC pharmacy system for order processing and patient information management

Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing
• Experience with outpatient pharmacy operations preferred
• Proficiency in EPIC or similar pharmacy IT systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a high-volume setting

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, day shifts
