Pharmacist-in-Charge Direct Hire, Community/Retail

Soliant is hiring a Pharmacist-in-Charge for a full-time, direct hire opportunity at a community/retail pharmacy in Southwest Kansas! This role comes with a $10K sign-on bonus and competitive pay, plus the opportunity to lead pharmacy operations at a growing, community-focused 340B pharmacy. This is a Monday–Friday role, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, filling approximately 100–150 prescriptions/day alongside a supportive pharmacy technician team.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge of record, overseeing day-to-day pharmacy operations
• Supervise pharmacists, PRN/contract pharmacists, technicians, and support staff
• Review and verify prescriptions, dispense medications, and provide patient counseling
• Maintain compliance with state board, DEA, FDA, controlled-substance, and HIPAA regulations
• Oversee 340B pharmacy operations, including compliance, inventory, pricing, and reimbursement
• Manage inventory, controlled-substance records, wholesaler and PSAO/PBM relationships
• Maintain pharmacy policies, procedures, and audit readiness

Qualifications:

• PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited program required
• Active, unrestricted Kansas Pharmacist license required, and eligible to serve as PIC in Kansas
• Willing to obtain Oklahoma licensure for cross-border dispensing
• BLS/AED certification upon hire, or ability to obtain within 60 days

Experience:

• 1–2 years of retail/community pharmacy experience preferred
• Previous PIC, supervisory, or lead pharmacy experience preferred (not required)
• 340B experience preferred (not required)

Work Hours:

• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM

Pay: $75–$85/hr, based on experience, plus a $10K sign-on bonus and full benefits
