Pharmacist in Liberty, IN

A night shift pharmacist opportunity is available in Indiana for a 6-month assignment with potential for temp-to-hire. This role supports a 200-bed community hospital, offering essential pharmacy services during overnight hours.

Schedule:

• 7 nights on, 7 nights off
• Shift hours: 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders to ensure accuracy and safety
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and coordinate workflow
• Apply pharmacokinetic principles to optimize patient therapy
• Collaborate and consult with physicians and nursing staff on medication management
• Utilize EPIC electronic health record system for documentation and communication

Qualifications:

• Current pharmacist license in Indiana required
• Experience working in a hospital setting preferred
• Ability to work night shifts consistently and independently
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
