Pharmacist - Little Rock, Arkansas

Provide expert pharmaceutical care in a dynamic, inpatient hospital setting serving pediatric and trauma patients. This role focuses on delivering safe and effective medication management during night shifts in a state-of-the-art teaching hospital environment.

Shift Hours:

• Night Shift: Thursday to Saturday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Sunday to Wednesday, 8:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Weekend Option: Friday to Sunday, 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM
  Schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off; weekend option available Friday to Sunday; no call responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Manage inpatient medication dispensing and clinical pharmaceutical care within a trauma 1 and level 4 NICU teaching hospital
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient medication therapy
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements for medication safety
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in ongoing clinical education
• Provide IV medication expertise, including preparation and verification

Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist (RPH) with active credentials
• Minimum 2 years of inpatient pharmacy experience
• IV experience or IV certification is mandatory
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
• Must test negative for nicotine
