This opportunity is for an experienced inpatient pharmacist to provide critical medication management in a 359-bed, Level 1 Trauma teaching hospital with a renowned pediatric medical center and a Level 4 NICU. This dynamic environment supports a fast-paced, team-oriented culture dedicated to progressive, high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inpatient pharmacy operations on the night shift, ensuring accurate dispensing and safe medication use
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize pharmacotherapy and dosage regimens
  • Participate in a 7 on/7 off rotation schedule, covering night shifts Thursday through Saturday (1900-0700) or Sunday through Wednesday (2000-0700)
  • Weekend option available covering Friday through Sunday (1100-2330)
  • No on-call duties required

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Pharmacist (RPH) with active credentials and authorization to practice
  • Minimum of 2 years inpatient pharmacy experience with mandatory IV experience or IV certification
  • Ability to test negative for nicotine use as part of employment compliance
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills ideal for a fast-paced, collaborative hospital environment

  • Position based in Little Rock, AR at a state-of-the-art teaching hospital and one of the largest pediatric medical providers in the US

Contract Type:
