Pharmacist in Little Rock, AR

An opportunity is available for an experienced inpatient pharmacist to support a busy, state-of-the-art teaching hospital with 359 beds, including a Level 1 Trauma Center and Level 4 NICU. This progressive facility is among the largest pediatric medical providers nationally, offering a fast-paced and team-oriented work culture. Location: Little Rock, AR
Shift Hours:

• Night Shift: Thursday-Saturday 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM and Sunday-Wednesday 8:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Weekend Option: Friday-Sunday 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM
• Rotation Schedule: 7-on/7-off starting Thursday night with a weekend option every Friday-Sunday
• No on-call responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist (RPH)
• Minimum of 2 years inpatient pharmacy experience
• IV experience or IV certification is mandatory
• Must test negative for nicotine

Responsibilities:

• Manage and verify medication orders and intravenous therapies in a fast-paced inpatient setting
• Collaborate closely with healthcare teams in a trauma and teaching hospital environment
• Ensure safe medication use and adherence to hospital protocols
• Support critical care and pediatric patient populations within the Level 1 Trauma Center and NICU
